Ever driven by those beautiful homes in some of Dallas' most prestigious and oldest neighborhoods and wondered what they look like on the inside? This Spring you'll have the chance to see EXACTLY what they look like on the interior during one of these 6 Dallas Home Tours.

This Saturday, April 8 you'll have the chance to discover some of Dallas' greatest architectural gems located in Northaven. The First Annual Northaven Home Tour is presented by the Kramer Elementary PTA and showcases homes that feed into the award winning school.
The tour will highlight a mix of midcentury modern, new-build modern, traditional and updated contemporary homes. Attendees will be able to visit four houses (plus a bonus tour home for an additional cost) with docents present to explain the history of each of the homes and the neighborhood.
The tour lasts from 10:00am-2:00pm with events before and after the tour taking place at Kramer Elementary. $20 general admission and $25 for admission that includes the special tour home.

Visit Turtle Creek on Sunday, April 9 from 1:00-5:00pm for their 16th Annual Turtle Creek Home Tour which features some of the most luxurious living in one of Dallas' most well-known and distinguished neighborhoods.
The tour will include five spectacular homes this year, each with an exquisite art collection that will be on display as well.
Tickets are $60 for non-TCA members and $50 for TCA members and may be purchased online through Friday, April 7th at 2:00pm.

Six midcentury and new-build modern homes will be showcased on this year's White Rock Home Tour. If you're interested in high-tech home systems and energy-efficiency, you'll love these homes.
Attendees can begin the tour at Hexter Elementary School Cafe and visit the homes in whichever order they prefer. Each home will have a docent present to answer any questions you may have about the home.
The tour will take place over two days - Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23 from 12:00-5:00pm. Tickets are $15 in advance (can be purchased online) or $20 the day of the event.

I know what you're thinking - Hollywood? In Dallas? Hollywood is a well-known area of Dallas which features homes built in the early 1900s. The Tudor revival cottages and bungalows have retained many of their original details over the years including stained glass, tile, doors, etc.
The event kicks off on Friday, April 28 with a candlelight tour and preview auction party at the Dallas Arboretum. And the official tour takes place from 12:00-5:00pm on April 29 and 30. Tour tickets are $15 and Auction Party tickets range from $65-$75, depending on when you purchase them.

Don't know what to do for Mother's Day this year? Why not head to one of the oldest home tours in the area? The Swiss Avenue Mother's Day Home Tour - on Saturday, May 13th or Sunday, May 14th.
The tour will feature seven of the city's most fabulous Early 20th Century homes in some of the most popular architectural styles - French Eclectic, storybook Tudor Revival, class Georgian, and three unique examples of the Classic Prairie Foursquare. The tour will also include an art fair, a vintage auto display, a children's play area, live entertainment, free horse-drawn carriage rides, complimentary air-conditioned mini coaches, and food and drinks!
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the weekend of the event and can be purchased online. You can also reserve a spot for the Mother's Day Brunch which will take place on Sunday from 11:00am-2:00pm.

If modern design is your thing, you'll want to check out the Modern Home Tour which will showcase examples of modern design, construction and decor at homes in North Dallas, East Village, Knox Henderson and Lakewood.
This tour is a self-guided driving tour with four different homes which all highlight various aspects of modern design and features. Some of those design elements include sustainable materials, energy-efficient construction and eco-conscious amenities.
Homes on the tour will be open from 11:00am-5:00pm on Saturday, May 13th. Tickets are $20 in advance or will be offered for $25 at the door of each home.
